The workshop has been held in the Summer House in collaboration with the "Play and Read" socio-educational program (Play and Discover from September) that contributes to the integral development of children through play , reading and reading education in values
Every week, children "travel" to a different country to know their customs, history, traditions, language, art, sports, gastronomy, etc. through reading and games and activities with computers.
The participants who have attended these activities are between 4 and 12 years old divided into two groups according to age: small and large. In each session, they treat a different subject according to their concerns and work with different activities with the computer.
In the last session , they talked about the typical cuisine and they left different elements related to pasta, pizza, ice creams, desserts ... From here, the dinamizadores and the dinamizadores, proposed three or four games for Internet for each participant to prepare different typical Italian dishes using the computer.
Some of the activities that are carried out in this program are learning how to search for countries with Google Maps , watch videos through YouTube to learn about traditions and culture, contests, taste typical products of each country with snacks ... In addition, at the end of each week, they search for traditional music from each country and / or a related movie.
