The ICT Points, which updated their hardware between 2018 and 2019, have access to the ICT Point Network's IT support service. Under the name 'ATOM' (Omnichannel Technological Support) , the IT support service helps to resolve any technical difficulties with the hardware that ICT Points that have been assigned by the Secretariat for Digital Policies may experience. Specifically, the 'ATOM' (Omnichannel Technological Support) IT support service provides answers to questions such as, for example, the installation and configuration of the hardware and the maintenance, technical assistance and rebranding of the computers. In this regard, the facilitators and managing entities of the ICT Points that have been assigned hardware by the Secretariat for Digital Policies of the Generalitat de Catalunya can contact the IT support service by calling 900 82 82 82 or by emailing assistencia@atom.gencat.cat .

At the same time, the Technical and Promotion Office of the Punt TIC Network offers its support and guidance to all Punt TICs, whether or not they have a hardware assignment from the Secretariat of Digital Policies, in matters of technical implementation, pedagogical advice and software.
