The TIC Women's Barometer of the Fundació Center Tecnològic de Catalunya is a unique study in the territory to analyze the role of women technologists in the Catalan industry, as well as trends in the sector in terms of diversity and gender equity within ICT companies operating in Catalonia. On March 23 at 10 am the results will be presented in a face-to-face meeting. Soon they will give more information about registrations to attend.
The answers to the survey, which has been open until August 2022, have made it possible to obtain aggregated data focused on the type of ICT workers , where they locate their activity, what types of technologies they use, how many people they work with their day to day, as well as the ability of both companies and the workers themselves to create new jobs in the last year. The participants were able to complete the survey online or by telephone.
