This summer, the TIC Point of Can Muntanyola , located at Camí del Mig, number 22, in the town of Granollers, will offer four informative workshops on digital well-being. The ICT Point of Can Muntanyola has been working for years on how to achieve balance in the use of new technologies, how to improve professional productivity and how to learn and adopt new habits to achieve digital well-being.

Facilitated by the SomNúvol team, the online session will introduce the free software services offered by the cooperative as an alternative to proprietary software tools.
