Digital Garlic has recently opened the new call for the European All Digital Awards in order to continue recognizing and giving visibility to the work of educators, trainers and facilitators who become agents of change throughout Europe by accompanying citizens on their journey within the digital world. As a main novelty, the All Digital Awards 2025 establish five new categories: access to the digital sphere, improvement of digital skills, artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, digital well-being and digital skills policy. In this sense, the competition is looking for educators who have worked on training citizens in basic digital skills, trainers who have expanded the boundaries of education through artificial intelligence tools or facilitators who have defended digital rights. The deadline for submitting all candidacies will be next Tuesday, June 3.
The applications will then be assessed by a professional jury. The new criteria to be taken into account will be impact, which has made a significant difference to the lives of people and communities and to policies, innovation, which has an original and creative approach, and replicability, which can be adapted or scaled up in other contexts, regions or organisations. The award ceremony for the new European All Digital Awards will be held on Thursday 11 September in Malta, as part of the All Digital Summit 2025, the annual meeting of All Digital entities.
