The Enfocat's project is part of the initiative ICT Youth Employment initiative of the Esplai Foundation to combat youth unemployment through the training of young people beneficiaries of the Youth Guarantee for their subsequent insertion in the technological sector with the " The objective of preparing them to work as junior programmers or data workers in companies in the technological sector of Catalonia.
This third edition, which has the collaboration of the Employment Service of Catalonia (SOC) , the Ministry of Employment and Social Security and the European Social Fund , will be developed in Barcelona and Tarragona and aims to train 210 young people. The objective is to achieve the insertion of 70% of the participants.
