The latest study on the state of digitization in the Third Sector prepared by m4Social points out that only 1 in 5 social entities has integrated digital tools in all their processes. However, they do not know how to continue doing it. To try to solve this fact, the digiESSt and the digiDieta were born.

The digitESSt is an online test that allows organizations to have a diagnosis of their digitization status. It is a tool aimed at all those organizations and professionals in the city of Barcelona who are facing the challenge of going digital. It consists of 9 short blocks of questions about different areas of the organization and involves an estimated dedication time of around 20 minutes . Once the test is finished, the tool, in addition to the results, gives recommendations in the form of training pills that allow you to contribute to improving the organization's digitization. It also allows you to request an hour of personalized advice from Barcelona Activa and be part of the UOC's Hubbik incubator.

These training pills materialize with the digiDieta , open and free online training to improve the digitization status of organizations. The free-to-access training program consists of 64 teaching hours distributed in eight modules: technology, organization, feminism, networking, sustainable food, financing, sustainability and marketing and communication. In addition, additional external resources can be found to expand skills and knowledge in the different modules mentioned.

If your ICT point is part of a social entity and you want to learn more about these two tools, you can attend the online session that will be held at Barcelona Activa on November 25 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. You can register here .

MatchImpulsa program

These two tools have been launched within the framework of the MatchImpulsa program of the Open Chair of the Open University of Catalonia, Barcelona City Council (through the Directorate of Social and Solidarity Economy and Sustainable Food, the Directorate of Gender and Time Policy Services) and Barcelona Activa . The tools are developed by the Dimmons research group of the Internet Interdisciplinary Institute (IN3) of the UOC.
