The Table of Entities of the Third Social Sector of Catalonia , with the collaboration of the SinergiaTIC association and the financial support of the Next Generation European funds, will develop a project to promote the digital transformation of the Third Social Sector. Between the year 2023 and the year 2025, the SimbiòTIC project will accompany social entities in a process of cultural change to advance in the management of data and in the improvement of attention to people. So, the initiative will facilitate support and resources for the adoption of SinergiaCRM to more than eighty social entities and will promote a process of improving this CRM software so that it adapts even more to present and future needs of the organizations of the Third Social Sector. In this sense, the improvement of internal management and information systems and relations with the social base will be promoted.
Developed by the SinergiaTIC association , SinergiaCRM is software to manage any relationship or interaction with the client. The tool will make it possible to move towards a common framework for data exchange with the public administration and other agents, as well as make it possible to optimize processes and manage from a single space fundraising, communication campaigns, attention direct to users, payment commitments or subsidy registration, among many other functions. According to a study on the state of digitization, only 25% of the Third Sector entities have CRM and 62% have difficulties to go digital due to the lack of funding and resources to deploy digital tools. The study states that only 10% of entities collect data with a single IT tool, while 65% do it with mixed media, paper and IT tools, and 53% do it manually.
Through the Next Generation funds of the Department of Social Rights of the Generalitat of Catalonia, SimbiòTIC will promote SinergiaCRM with the support of seven federations of the Table of Entities of the Third Social Sector of Catalonia : the Catalan Federation of Social Voluntariat, the Federació Salut Mental Catalunya, Dincat, the Federation of Entities with Assisted Projects and Flats, ECOM, ECAS and Minions Escoltes and Guides of Catalonia.
