From the Punt TIC Network, we welcome the month of September with a new virtual meeting. This time, the central theme will be the citizen experience. The online session, which will be held next Wednesday, September 20, from 12 to 1:30 p.m., will be facilitated by two trainers from the General Directorate of Digital Services and Citizen Experience of the Generalitat of Catalonia. In this sense, for a year now, the General Directorate of Digital Services and Citizen Experience of the Generalitat of Catalonia has been organizing learning workshops aimed at citizens related to the use of the most common tools to relate to the 'public administration, such as a workshop on the mobile IdCat. More than 800 people have been part of the initiative.
In this context, the new virtual meeting will seek to generate synergies and promote collaboration between the ICT Point Network and the General Directorate of Digital Services and Citizen Experience to expand the profile and scope of the people who can be trained. During the new virtual meeting, two trainers from the General Directorate of Digital Services and Citizen Experience of the Generalitat de Catalunya, who usually teach the learning workshops, will present the contents and materials. It will also be discussed collectively how learning workshops can be offered to users of the TIC Network.
