In the coming months, the Punt TIC Palau , located at Can Cortés Street, number 44, in the town of Palau-solità i Plegamans, will be promoting new free training courses open to all citizens. Specifically, it will be carrying out around a dozen training courses focused on new technologies at different levels: basic, specialized and advanced, as well as four training capsules. In this sense, within the basic training, the courses 'Computer for Beginners' will be held (from January 21 to February 18 from 10 to 11:30 am), 'Internet: Browsing and Security' (from March 4 to April 8 from 10 to 11:30 am and from 3:30 pm to 5 pm) and 'Learn to use your mobile phone' (from January 21 to February 18 from 12 to 1:30 pm and from 3:30 pm to 5 pm and from March 4 to April 1 from 12 to 1:30 pm). Similarly, within the specialized training, the courses 'Photography with your mobile phone' (from January 23 to February 20 from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.), 'Digital Planning' (from January 23 to February 20 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.), 'Digital Laboratory' (from March 13 to April 10 from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.) and 'Discover Canva' (from March 13 to April 3 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.) will be offered. Along these lines, within the advanced training, the courses 'Spreadsheet with Google' (from January 23 to February 20 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.) and 'Word Processor with Google' (from March 6 to March 27 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.) will be scheduled.
Regarding the training capsules, the Punt TIC Palau will carry out four different proposals: 'Introduction to artificial intelligence' (on February 20 from 12 to 2 pm and from 3 to 5 pm), 'Get your digital certificate easily' (on March 6 from 12 to 1:30 pm), 'Video games for the mind' (on April 3 from 3:30 pm to 5 pm) and 'Share quality photos' (on March 6 from 3:30 pm to 5 pm and on April 3 from 10 am to 11:30 am). In short, the training proposals of the Punt TIC Palau, which will be carried out over the next months of January, February, March and April, aim to accompany users in improving their digital skills.
