Recently, the INCO Academy has launched several virtual courses related to information and communication technologies. In this sense, the intention is to accompany vulnerable groups and promote their digital training with the aim of improving their employability and their possibilities within the labor field. For this reason, the INCO Academy subsidizes 400 places, offering selected people to study the training proposals for free and with the support of tutors synchronously and asynchronously. In particular, the INCO Academy currently promotes different online training proposals: Data Analytics, IT Support, Digital Marketing & E-commerce, User Experience, Project Management and Cybersecurity.

At the same time, the INCO Academy, with the collaboration of the Women4Cyber Foundation, has presented a training proposal to delve into the field of cyber security. Designed exclusively for women, it is an online training program that is offered for free and that has the collaboration of tutors and the support of experts in the sector and allows obtaining a Accreditation certificate. Specifically, the content of the training proposal revolves around the basics of cyber security, risks, threats, vulnerabilities, security controls, tools and ways to respond.
