Together with the Safe Internet program, the Agència de Ciberseguretat de Catalunya joins the European Month of Cybersecurity, an annual campaign dedicated to promoting cyber security among citizens and European organizations. During the four weeks of October, the Agència de Ciberseguretat de Catalunya is raising awareness through social networks around four key themes: the update of Edge, Safari, Firefox and Chrome browsers, ransomware, phishing and data theft.

Specifically, the first week of October, the Agència de Ciberseguretat de Catalunya and the Safe Internet Program focused on updating browsers and shared four short videos that exemplified how it should be carried out this operation depending on the different types of browsers: Edge, Safari, Firefox and Chrome. Next week, the second week of the campaign, will focus on ransomware.
