Next Thursday, June 13, from 9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., the seventy-seventh web session of the General Directorate of Digital Administration of the Generalitat of Catalonia will focus on the internal efficiency of the Public Administration. With the help of Joaquim Dorda and Montserrat Carmona from the General Directorate of Digital Administration of the Generalitat of Catalonia, it will be discussed how public services can be improved to meet the needs of citizens and how the transformation of the Administration Public requires a cultural change that allows us to take advantage of the potential of innovation and technology to offer more efficient, transparent and citizen-centered public services. In this sense, the web sessions are quick and concise sessions, about thirty minutes long, which bring up to date the digital transformation of public administrations and other bodies and which are broadcast live every two months on the first Thursday of month at 9 o'clock.
