The fifth virtual meeting of the Punt TIC Network in 2025 will revolve around digital accessibility. The new online session will take place next Tuesday, September 30, from 12 to 1:30 p.m., and will be aimed at the facilitators and managing entities of the Punt TIC Network. Specifically, the new virtual meeting of the Punt TIC Network will feature the participation of the ONCE Foundation, which will explain its history, trajectory and projects. Thus, the 'Por Talento Digital' initiative will be presented, a permanent training program in digital skills and technological professions from the ONCE Foundation, and the acquisition of technological knowledge and digital learning by people with disabilities will be discussed to promote their inclusion in high-demand professions in the labor market, as well as sharing tools and resources to adapt a mobile phone for people with visual impairments and the methodologies of the workshops that the ONCE Foundation carries out with its participants. The aim of the presentation will be to establish alliances with the Punt TIC Network in order to improve the care of people with functional diversity. In this sense, Cristian Suárez Henríquez, member of the Technological Accessibility Department of the ONCE Foundation, who will focus on the specific part of digital accessibility, and Laura García Arch, STEM Inserta Empleo technician of the ONCE Foundation, who will contextualize the entity's 'Por Talento Digital' initiative, will participate.

Next, the new virtual meeting of the Punt TIC Network will feature the experience of the Punt Òmnia Isona Conca Dellà . The facilitator Martí Molins will explain how digital accessibility works with older people using the new materials recently incorporated by the Òmnia Network. This will be followed by a short training capsule on free software and the benefits of accessibility tools provided by the Technical and Promotion Office of the Punt TIC Network. Finally, a space will be opened for debate, reflection and questions.
