Promoted by the Somos Digital association , the Somos Digital Awards are now in their fourth edition. The awards recognize people, projects and organizations that are driving digital transformation, strengthening citizens' digital skills and contributing to a more participatory, collaborative and inclusive society. In this sense, the Somos Digital Awards propose four categories that represent the essential areas for driving digital transformation and improving the capabilities and skills of all citizens: digital transformation and impact, digital innovation and talent, digital inclusion and equity, and digital dynamization and training. The aim is to highlight initiatives that generate a real impact on the digital development of the territory, from improving skills and capabilities to reducing the digital divide and promoting the responsible and accessible use of technological tools. In this sense, the Xarxa Punt TIC will be represented by three facilitators: Mercè Fort from the Punt TIC Smartcentre de Santa Bàrbara who will compete in the 'innovation and digital talent' category, Núria Ciller from the Punt TIC de la Biblioteca de Cervelló who will compete in the 'digital inclusion and equity' category and Marc Rodas from the Punt Òmnia Fundació Marianao who will compete in the 'digital dynamization and training' category. Currently, a professional jury is analyzing the applications received and is selecting the winning applications. The awards will be presented as part of the fifth meeting of facilitators of the Somos Digital association, which will be held on March 25 and 26 in Madrid on digital well-being and shared responsibility.

Good luck, Mercè, Núria and Marc!
