Rula is an inter-municipal service managed by the Eines Serveis Socioeducative cooperative and coordinated by the Maresme County Council that seeks to promote health and prevent risky behaviors. Aimed at young people, families and professionals, the initiative focuses on prevention and tackling two areas: drugs and screens. Currently, it is offered in four municipalities of the Maresme region: Calella, Malgrat de Mar, Palafolls and Tordera. In this sense, the initiative was born in September 2022 with the intention of centralizing and coordinating preventive actions regarding drugs and screens in several municipalities that are part of the region.
