This year, from the TIC Point Network, they want to continue promoting various training actions that accompany the facilitators and the workers of the TIC Point management entities in their tasks. For this reason, a new edition of the training needs survey has been prepared. The main objectives of the initiative are to identify common training needs in a collective and communal way and, consequently, to prioritize actions that can respond to these needs.
The training needs survey for the year 2023 asks about the areas that generate the most difficulties, about the skills to work on and about the most interesting training topics.
