The Punt Òmnia gòTIC Tàrrega has presented the new cycle of activities for the coming summer months. The intention is to become a space for recognition and sharing of experiences between people who have previously participated in some service activity and those who are doing it for the first time.

So, for the coming months of May, June and July, the Punt Òmnia gòTIC Tàrrega has programmed eight proposals linked to learning and experimenting with new information and communication technologies. Regarding desktop computers, the service will offer a preventive and practical computer maintenance workshop, a workshop to practice searching for information quickly, safely, reliably and effectively and a workshop to learn how to plan holidays through the Internet. As for mobile devices, the service will offer a start-from-scratch journey to familiarize yourself with the phone's environment and its most basic functions and two workshops to learn how to take photos and videos with the phone by exploring the creative process, the composition, the image capture and the organization, editing and sharing of the results. The summer program will be completed with a guided visit to the old Mas de Colom monastery, where the new digital realities will be discussed, and with a meeting to share concerns, needs and proposals for the coming months.

The activities will be free and will take place in person at the Punt Òmnia gòTIC Tàrrega , which is located at Carrer Segle XX number 2 in the town of Tàrrega. In this sense, to participate, interested people can sign up in person until the available places in the sessions are exhausted.

At the same time, the Punt Òmnia gòTIC Tàrrega will continue to offer advice and digital support services for carrying out digital procedures and for solving problems related to digital everyday life. Interested persons can request information by calling 973 500 199 or by emailing gotic@tarrega.cat . In the same way, it will continue to carry out activities, proposals and collaborations with the Youth Office of Tàrrega City Council, the leisure cooperative Quàlia, the Virgin Women's Association of Pedregal - El Talladell and the Service of Occupation of Catalonia, among many other entities.
