This quarter, the Canòdrom. The Ateneu d'Innovació Digital i Democràtica , located at 165 Concepción Arenal Street in the city of Barcelona, will focus on digital well-being. Specifically, next Tuesday, March 10, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., it will promote the course 'We must all take care of digital well-being!' . In this sense, it will be a training proposal aimed at education professionals who want to delve deeper into digital well-being. The training will talk about how to promote an active, creative and critical use of technology, how to identify risks and how to learn prevention strategies. Similarly, the course 'We must all take care of digital well-being!' will offer a space to share experiences with other education professionals and delve into how to work with TRIC in a critical and responsible way. Lasting five hours, the training proposal will combine theory and practice and will focus on the following six central objectives: promoting a critical understanding of digital well-being; encouraging the active and creative use of technology; educating about the risks associated with the use of technology; involving adults in responsible guidance; providing tools and resources to manage digital time in a balanced way, and, ultimately, empowering the professional community itself.
