Next Thursday, May 8, at 10 am, the conference 'Generative artificial intelligence: is responsible and sustainable use possible?' will be given. The talk, which will be given by Lorena Jaume-Palasí, an expert in artificial intelligence, digital ethics and philosophy of law, will be held online and will be open to everyone. The session will also feature the participation of Joana Barbany, president of the Digital Cluster of Catalonia, and Joan Puaté, Cluster Manager of the Digital Cluster of Catalonia. In this sense, the conference will be part of the Digital Days 2025, an annual event organized by the Digital Cluster of Catalonia and which focuses on a current topic. This year, the protagonist will be artificial intelligence and the analysis of its scope and impact from an ethical point of view. The talk will attempt to answer some questions such as, for example, 'Is artificial intelligence as positive as we think?', 'Does it deserve the unconditional support it has received?' or 'What is its negative side?'. The aim of the session will be to reflect on its responsible and sustainable use, as well as on how to optimize the different processes within organizations.

Along these lines, next Thursday, May 29, a new proposal will be organized within the framework of Digital Days 2025, which will consist of an exclusive face-to-face day for organizations associated with the Digital Cluster of Catalonia with four practical workshops focused on the implementation of artificial intelligence in the different departments of organizations: people management, marketing and sales, operations and finance.
