The Canòdrom. L’Ateneu d’Innovació Digital i Democràtica., which is located at Carrer de Concepción Arenal, number 165, in the city of Barcelona, has recently presented the fanzine ‘Dones que transformen’. The initiative, born from a participatory process, wants to highlight the role of fifteen important and relevant women throughout history and recognize their contributions, their discoveries and their contributions to the world.

Specifically, the project talks about Ada Lovelace, Ángela Ruiz Robles, Bell Hooks, Donna Haraway, Hedy Lamarr, Hypatia d'Alexandria, Idelisa Bonnelly, Isabel Vilà i Pujol, Kamal Ranadive, Malala Yousafzai, Margarita Salas, María Teresa Ruiz, Top Secret Rosies, Ursula K. Le Guin and Wangari Muta Maathai. Likewise, with the desire to highlight the impact on society and the defense of human rights, the municipal equipment has renamed its rooms with a feminist look and has put the names of the fifteen women in their spaces.
