Next Friday, May 3, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., the Canòdrom. L’Ateneu d’Innovació Digital i Democràtica., located at the Carrer de Concepción Arenal, number 165, in the city of Barcelona, will energize the meeting 'Introduction to fedivers'. The collaborative project 'Open For Future' will organize the session with the aim of publicizing an alternative to social networks and the most used platforms, such as, for example, X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube. Fedivers is a free and decentralized alternative, that is, it is many different platforms, designed and developed by people who want tools that are really made to weave social networks without financial or advertising intentions. During the meeting, some of these different platforms will be presented, such as Mastodon, Peertube, PixelFed or Mobilizon.
