The first part will be held from 9:30 to 11 am and will revolve around change management and the culture of innovation, as well as delving into the keys to digital transformation. Specifically, the session will be led by Roger Font, director of technology consulting at Eurecat, who will talk about the resistance that the digital transformation process can generate within small organizations and the importance of incorporating a culture of innovation to overcome future challenges and take advantage of the opportunities of digital transformation.
