Within the framework of the Smart City Expo World Congress 2025, the Barcelona Open Data Initiative has presented the five best digital tools based on open data that promote healthy aging and longevity. In this line, the Barcelona Open Data Initiative has collected twenty digital tools as a result of the latest collaborative challenge that sought to identify solutions that have a real impact on the quality of life of older people, favoring their autonomy, well-being and social participation, strengthening public policies and promoting social innovation.
