Under the theme "Towards a circular economy: Reivise, Rediscover, Repair, Reuse and Recycle ", the 6th edition of the Maker Faire Barcelona is held on the 5th and 6th of October at the Bostik Nave in Barcelona . With a program full of activities, talks and exhibitions, the meeting will bring together the local and international community maker to promote the interaction between the different initiatives and the wide variety of participatory proposals.

The Maker Faire Barcelona brings together the local and international community maker every year, understanding this community as a broad universe that unites makers, technologists, scientists and companies.

The main objective is to promote the integration of Science and Technology with academic and corporate innovation ecosystem growing fast as the Maker Movement and encourage the encounter between the best investigators and encouraging creative and practical knowledge transfer between the attending public. Within this framework, a significant selection of projects will be presented within the areas of Circular Economy, Resilience and Creativity.

The two-day event will be developed through a fair of exhibitors projects , practical workshops , lectures and talks and screenings of documentaries on culture maker.
