Next Tuesday, October 28, the second edition of the 'European Conference 4D: Democratic Digitalization and Digital Rights' will be organized in the city of Barcelona. Once again, the event will focus on digitalization and fundamental rights for a democratic society and will be open to individuals, entities and institutions interested in learning about pioneering experiences towards democratic digitalization, putting the digital sovereignty of people at the center.
