Last Monday, April 28, the massive power outage that left Catalonia and other European countries without electricity interrupted the fourth virtual meeting of the year 2025 of the Xarxa Punt TIC. In this sense, we have rescheduled the online session for next Thursday, May 15 from 12 to 1:30 p.m. Therefore, the fourth virtual meeting of the year 2025 of the Xarxa Punt TIC will revolve around the world of video games and will be aimed at the people who drive and the managing entities of the Xarxa Punt TIC. Specifically, the new virtual meeting of the Xarxa Punt TIC will feature the participation of Conxi Pérez Andreu . Pérez is a computer engineer and expert in artificial intelligence. In 2023, she was awarded the DonaTIC Entrepreneur Award from the Secretariat of Digital Policies of the Generalitat de Catalunya. In this sense, she is co-founder of the company Rolldbox Games, a video game studio dedicated to a new generation of video games that generate positive energy, and co-founder of the company In Movement!, an organization expert in organizational transformation.
Specifically, the new virtual meeting of the Punt TIC Network will focus on two aspects: the first will be entrepreneurship and the second will be the work on skills and competences through video games. Professionally, Pérez proposes different axes of action such as, for example, contributing to developing a better environment from the work of organizations, working on the sustainability and humanization of companies, connecting generations and promoting understanding and relationships between young, medium and old, and contributing to increasing the presence of women and diversity within new technologies, promoting technological vocations among girls.
