The new episode of the 'Kit Kat Digital' podcast from Punt TIC reflected, analyzed and debated data privacy, cybersecurity and dependence on technologies.

Last December, the Punt TIC of Can Muntanyola recorded a new episode of the podcast 'Kit Kat Digital'. This time, the radio program was part of the 'Data Detox Kit' workshop, which was part of the Social Internet 2025 Dynamization Conference and was facilitated by DonesTech, the Canòdrom and the Technical and Dynamization Office of the Punt TIC Network. The episode reflected, analyzed and debated digital well-being, data privacy, cybersecurity and technological dependence and was moderated by Núria Lloret, facilitator of the Punt TIC, and included the participation of Ona from DonesTech and Sara from the Technical and Dynamization Office of the Punt TIC Network, who were two of the facilitators of the workshop.

The podcast 'Kit Kat Digital' focuses on digital well-being, a new concept that encompasses technology from a conscious use and from a responsible consumption, and delves into physical and mental health, digital communication and relationships, privacy and cybersecurity, motivation, productivity and entrepreneurship through conversations with experts and through the discovery of tools, resources and applications. Currently, the radio proposal can be heard on digital platforms such as Ivoox , Spotify and YouTube .
