Under the title 'How do screens affect us, young, old and young?', the Punt Òmnia Casal Cívic i Comunitari Blanes - Can Borrell will promote a new training capsule on the use of new technologies and their impact on people. Led by psychologist Isabel Ridaura, the talk will take place next Thursday, May 15, at 4 p.m., at the Punt TIC facilities, which are located at Passatge Mas Borrell, number 1-3, at the Can Borrell Civic Center, in the town of Blanes. Ridaura is a leader in emotional well-being and community health and will seek to make attendees reflect on the relationship between young, middle and old people with digital devices and explore practices linked to digital well-being. The objective of the new training capsule of the Punt Òmnia Casal Cívic i Comunitari Blanes - Can Borrell will be to identify dynamics and propose alternatives to try to establish a healthier and more respectful relationship with screens.
