Next Wednesday, April 24, the new version of the DadesxViolènciaxDones portal will be presented, a key tool for analyzing sexist violence and public resources. The event will take place from 5.30 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Sala Activa, floor -1, of the Incubadora Almogàvers of Barcelona Activa. Articulated by the team DataWomen of Iniciativa Barcelona Open Data, with the collaboration of Dones en Xarxa, the portal collects reliable and contrasting public data on the impact of sexist violence and the public resources intended to encourage citizen participation responsible, as well as to become an essential tool for raising awareness and for dissemination in an attractive, innovative and pioneering format. The intention of the DadesxViolènciaxDones portal, which contains data from 2008 to the present day, is to offer reliable and contrasted information that is useful for people and entities, public and private, that intervene, since the contents compiled help analyze the reality of the territory and, consequently, improve the interventions. The presentation event of the DadesxViolènciaxDones portal will be a space for disclosure and exchange open to entities, associations and collectives.
