Next Friday, October 30, the 'Soliguia' team, a free and accessible digital tool that includes more than sixty types of active social services in Catalonia and Andorra, will present a new initiative. The session, which will be held online from 9:30 to 10:15, will revolve around 'Nidus' , an application for social support that has been developed by the iSocial Foundation and that incorporates the resources of 'Soliguia'. Specifically, the new digital tool seeks to transform the way in which professionals and social entities support people. The initiative offers the people served a safe and welcoming environment for day-to-day management and improving the quality of life, as well as improving the efficiency of the services and strengthening the bond between professionals and people served. During the online session, the new digital tool will be presented, its main functionalities and several examples of how it can help with communication between entities and citizens, the autonomy of the people served and coordination between professionals.
