On the occasion of the International Day of Girls in ICT, from the Punt TIC Network, we are recovering the resource repository of Women and ICT . In this sense, it is an online space where the contributions of women related to new information and communication technologies can be made visible, as well as an online space where STEAM vocations (science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics) among the girls in the territory.
Specifically, the online space has a collection of interesting web pages, books, audiovisual materials, educational resources for working in the classroom, non-sexist communication tools, campaigns, narratives , of research, tools on security, privacy, violence and technology and programming tools and free software educational electronics, among many others. The aim of the resource repository is to contribute to breaking the digital gender gap, a shared priority between technical agents and dynamizing agents.
