With the aim of raising awareness among citizens about the need to use the Internet safely, the Cybersecurity Agency of Catalonia presents the activity 'D@DE$ en joc' . Under the slogan 'What you do on the Internet can turn against you', the interactive proposal is part of Safer Internet Day 2026, which is commemorated on Tuesday 10 February in different countries of the European Union. Adapted to three types of audience, children, adolescents and adults, the activity 'D@DE$ en joc' addresses the different risks that each age profile can encounter within the digital world: children focus on understanding that the data they share in online video games, video platforms or mobile applications can fall into inappropriate hands; teenagers focus on the danger of sharing personal information on social networks or artificial intelligence platforms and how it can be reused out of context and for malicious purposes, and adults reflect on where the data entered into forms during online shopping, on social networks, via email or through mobile applications ends up. Specifically, the interactive proposal talks about the dangers of exposing personal information online and the importance of protecting personal data. Thus, the new awareness campaign of the Cybersecurity Agency of Catalonia is a fun interactive game that poses different situations in which the user's data is at stake and opens the door to imagining, investigating and identifying possible solutions.
