Last Wednesday, September 20, the Xarxa Punt TIC held a virtual meeting on citizen experience. Specifically, the session revolved around the mobile idCAT and how to bring this digital tool closer to users of the Xarxa Punt TIC. So, about twenty people who are dynamists of the Xarxa Punt TIC were part of the virtual meeting, which was led by Ivet and Albert, two trainers from the Directorate General of Digital Services and Citizen Experience of the Generalitat of Catalonia. In essence, the two trainers presented the materials on the mobile idCAT and resolved the queries, questions and doubts of the attendees. The objective of the session was to promote a collaboration between the Xarxa Punt TIC and the Directorate General of Digital Services and Citizen Experience to bring digital tools closer to citizens.
In this sense, following the virtual meeting, this week, the first agreements were discussed with some dynamic people. However, all facilitators of the Xarxa Punt TIC who wish to schedule mobile idCAT training in their points can do so. They only have to contact the Technical and Promotion Office by sending an email to oficina.tecnica@punttic.cat.
