The Punt TIC Servei Municipal d’Ocupació de Girona has talked about the training itinerary, invisible talent and the impostor syndrome. Do you want to know more?

On the occasion of International Women's Day, which was commemorated last Friday, March 8, the Punt TIC Servei Municipal d’Ocupació de Girona programmed three proposals. First of all, last Tuesday March 5, a training activity aimed at mothers, fathers, tutors and counselors was organized to deal with various key aspects for the accompaniment of children, adolescents and young people in their training route without stereotypes, labels and limiting beliefs, as well as taking into account the gender occupational gap. The following day, last Wednesday 6 March, a workshop on invisible talent, the hidden curriculum, the value of caring and domestic work and related skills was organized for women with little or no work experience remunerated who wanted to rejoin the labor market. Finally, last Thursday March 7, a workshop on the impostor syndrome was promoted, where, in a practical and experiential way, self-esteem and recognition were worked on and reflection was made on how it affects professional life, identifying fears and limitations and sharing tools to help transcend the impostor syndrome and connect with your own talent. In total, thirty women participated. Once again, the Punt TIC Servei Municipal d’Ocupació de Girona confirmed its firm and forceful commitment to promote equal opportunities in all areas, especially in the field of employment.

In the same way, last February, the Punt TIC Servei Municipal d’Ocupació de Girona programmed the Week of Woman and Girl in Science with more than a dozen activities as part of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, which was commemorated on February 11.
