Technovation Girls is an international technology and entrepreneurship competition that annually invites girls, teenagers and young people aged 8 to 18 to create a mobile application as a technological solution to a social problem. The aim is to use technology as a means to provide technological solutions to issues such as bullying, sustainability or care for the elderly. In this sense, the Technovation Girls Catalonia program has recently launched a new season and has begun the search for girls, teenagers and young people aged 8 to 18 who want to participate in a new edition of the successful international competition. Initially, the teams must have a maximum of five people and will have a mentor, that is to say, the teaching and learning process will be accompanied by a professional.
For this reason, the initiative has also started the search for mentors, women and men, who want to energize, accompany and support a team of girls, teenagers and young people aged 8 to 18 in the international technology and entrepreneurship. Professionals can be experts in programming, communication, project management or entrepreneurship, among many other disciplines.
