This 2023, the Generalitat de Catalunya has presented different candidacies for the NovaGOB Excellence Awards 2023 , a recognized Ibero-American community for the visibility of projects and innovative initiatives that are developed from the different areas of public administrations. The awards have established themselves as a fundamental space to learn about and recognize the pioneering experiences of transformation of the public sector in the Ibero-American area, as well as public entrepreneurs.
Therefore, the innovative initiatives presented by the Generalitat de Catalunya have been: Digital Social Innovation Training (Catlabs Program) and DonaTIC Plan in the category 'Excellence in creativity in innovation'; Collaboratorio Área Digital Ascó - Vandellòs (a proposal that will be financed with the Nuclear Transition Fund) and Reuse Project in the category 'Excellence for the best idea not yet developed in the organization'; Accreditation of Skills in Information and Communication Technologies (ACTIC) in the category 'Excellence in the most transformative project and in the relationship with the public'; Citizen Experience Spaces Project of the General Directorate of Digital Services and Citizen Experience in the category 'Excellence for the project that has generated more efficiency in the organization', and the presentation of Núria Espuny, General Director of Administration Digital, in the category 'Excellence of outstanding women in the public sector'.
