Driven by the Fundació Bofill, the Digital Equity Laboratory initiative will organize a new meeting next Wednesday, November 22, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., at the Hub Social, located at Carrer Girona number 34 in the city of Barcelona. This time, we will talk about ethical data and how to put the data at the service of educational opportunities, as well as the personalization of learning, support for teaching people in decision-making, the design of educational policies and digitization.

Initially, there will be an exploratory dialogue between Judith Jacovkis, PhD in Sociology from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and member of the research group Esbrina, and Josep Lluís Segú, partner of EP Institut and general director of Educaweb, which will be moderated by the educator and consultant in educational transformation Coral Regí. Then, three tasting experiences or workshops will be given simultaneously. Participants can choose one of the three training proposals. First of all, with the help of Linda Castañeda, a set of board games, the DALI Games, will be discovered to work on basic skills for the development of good digital citizenship and for learning data skills. Secondly, from the hand of Juan David, an artificial intelligence will be built from the data to understand in depth the relevant role they play in technology and in today's society. Thirdly, with the help of Alejandra Sánchez from the Colectic cooperative, a role-playing game, the Data Control Wars, will be proposed to reflect collectively on different technological futures, on the role of data and on strategies to gain control.
