The Cercle Tecnològic de Catalunya has published the rules for the new call for ApadrinaTIC scholarships. The fourth edition of the program is again aimed at students of technological degrees and master's degrees in Catalonia and offers funding for the cost of studies in the form of financial aid, mentoring sessions and a program of activities by companies, as well such as the possibility of doing internships within the sector. In this first phase, which runs from September to December, we are looking for companies that want to join the project to promote the economic and social development of the territory. The second phase, which will begin during the month of January, will consist of the launch of the program and the presentation of the activities. The ApadrinaTIC scholarships have the collaboration of the Agency for the Management of University and Research Grants of the Generalitat de Catalunya and were created in the 2020-2021 academic year with the aim of supporting technology degree and masters students in Catalonia, so that they do not lose their vocations due to economic or family issues. Specifically, in the last call for ApadrinaTIC scholarships, 46 students and 16 collaborating companies participated.
The deadline to join the fourth edition of the program is next Friday, October 20.
