As part of the Women Startup Challenge, the organization Dones en Xarxa is looking for ten women technologists to lead startup companies. Specifically, any female founder or co-founder of a startup who is the sole partner or whose workforce is made up of at least 50% women can participate. In addition, the startup company must be a maximum of two years old and can belong to any field of activity. So, the fourth edition of the Women Startup Challenge will identify ten initiatives led by female entrepreneurs, who will have the opportunity to participate in a personalized growth program, with mentorship from expert women and access to an extensive network of contacts and resources. In essence, the Women Startup Challenge wants to promote the creation of a network of mutual support, where experiences, knowledge and opportunities can be shared, and to put an end to the stereotypes and prejudices that women suffer in the business field.

Nominations can be sent until next Monday, October 16. Next Monday, October 23, the ten selected women technologists will be announced. Next Thursday, November 2, a group mentoring session will be held and from November 13 to December 22, several individual mentoring sessions will be held. Finally, next Friday, November 10, the ninth edition of the WomanLiderTIC conference will be held, where the selected women will present their projects.
