The #JovesInTech program is a proposal from the Fundació Esplai in network with the Federation and Fundesplai that aims to train young people at risk of social exclusion over 14 years of age and their families in ICT programming. The training will be done from an intercultural and gender perspective and with the participation of volunteers in three secondary schools in the province of Barcelona.
Some of the requirements to enter the volunteer selection process are to share values with the entity and with the project; not have any legal impediment to volunteer with minors; Willingness, commitment and motivation to train and volunteer and have the motivation and ability to express themselves in Catalan with the young people participating in the project and with their families.
