The course will take shape through online webinars and practices of the participants and for the creation of content applicable to everyday telecentres. The trainers will be Anna Ingles and Esther Subias, both from the Office for Promotion of Punt TIC Network.

The course objectives are:

  • To train facilitators on the use of mobile technologies as tools for strengthening the capacities of telecentres and their own citizens in relation to their social inclusion, economic, cultural and labor.
  • Strengthen the presence of tools in the field of mobile telecentres, using strategies "Bring Your Own Device" (Bring your own device) and new methods of teaching and learning.
  • Create an interest group related to this topic.

Course contents:

  • Teaching methods. We will review the different methodologies available to work on the digital skills that can incorporate factor Mobile.
    • Gamification
    • Problem Based Learning
    • Flipped classroom
    • Project based learning
  • Digital skills. We will review the digital skills that marks Europe and its considerations as well as possible ways to work them through the methods mentioned above.
    • Security
    • Troubleshooting
    • Communication
    • Information Literacy
    • Content creation

Specifically, the course will begin on March 15 and will continue until 25 April. It will require a commitment of 30 hours. Registration can be made until 10 March. There are 15 places available, to be allocated in order of registration.

This course includes the knowledge generated through the project CODEMOB (Coding and Mobile) and the curriculum being developed with Telecentre Europe to promote the use of mobile devices in the context of telecentres.
