The International Conference of Women Leading ICT WomanLiderTIC 2016 have once again become a place where the visible role of women at the head of companies and projects in the field of technology. A meeting organized by Women's Network , where more than 80 women to share their experiences, challenges and difficulties in their career in a sector which often suffer from what is known as the "glass ceiling."
According to Grant Thornton's 2014 report, only 22% of management positions were occupied by women in all sectors of the industry and almost a third of companies had no women in their senior management teams.
