The European Satellite Navigation Competition (ESNC) is an international competition for satellite navigation applications each year brings together more than 500 business ideas and new trends. Catalonia celebrates Catalonia Challenge 2016 competition will advance our country and allow those participating to win the final of the European ESNC. In addition, the winner will also be awarded Catalan 100 hours of simulator satellite navigation applications offered by CTTC six months of participation in the business incubator of the European space agency ESA BIC Barcelona three days entry BCN Drone Center, among others.
 
Until June 30 can present idea and business model in Catalonia Challenge 2016. A group of experts will evaluate each of the proposals and will choose a winner who will participate in October to the end of 'ESNC. The European contest organized by AZO, will set in more than one million euros in prize money.
 
Since its inception in 2004, the European Satellite Navigation Competition (ESNC) has had more than 10,000 participants from all over Europe who submitted 3,500 business ideas, which have been awarded more than 270. In the previous edition, the winner was a team project Poseidron Valencia with a drone that uses a European satellite positioning system to save people on the high seas.
