The purpose of this introduction to the world of apps is to make it possible that the participants can achieve basic knowledge of programming with App Inventor, make and use the features of mobile devices and, ultimately to publish applications built on Google Play.

The course is organized by Citilab is aimed at all those interested in learning about the world of mobile applications, if they have more than 12 years. The only prerequisite is that all registrants are used to using mobile devices as mere users.

The duration of the course is 24 hours spread over 16 sessions in total, 1 hour and a half each: every Thursday from 5 to 6.30 p.m, from 16 February to 15 June. To attend you do not need to bring any equipment, Citilab will provide a tablet and online materials for monitoring the course.

The learning methodology is dynamic, so that users will learn building projects of increasing difficulty. In this way, teamwork and open tools will be used to leverage the support of the community and share the knowledge gained.

The course costs 75 euros. There is a 50% discount for people who are unemployed, pensioners and unemployed parents.
