On November 23, 2007, the doors of the old Can Suris factory in Cornellà de Llobregat were reopened. It was converted into a citizen innovation laboratory, which was pioneer in Catalonia and Spain. 10 years later, Citilab wants to celebrate this anniversary with all of its community. To do this, during the week of November 6 to 12 there will be the possibility to participate in different activities, which reflect the range of projects offered by the equipment.

The tenth anniversary program will open with a conference on motivated collaboration , led by Enric Senabre, digital Commons researcher at the Internet Interdisciplinary Institute. It will also include the activities that will be carried out within the framework of the Cornellà Cocreation Week, as well as workshops and an open day, which will take place on Sunday, November 12th and will close the program.

Are you part of the history of Citilab?

To recall the 10-year history of Citilab, one has been created a digital life line that proposes a journey through time from 2007 to 2017. More than seventy photographs and sixty videos accompanied by explanatory texts and organized by date summarize the moments experienced at Citilab.

But they are sure that there are many more moments and that is why they call the community to send them their memories. You can send the images or videos to the address 10anys [enter] e-citilab.eu, indicating your name, the year that was made and the activity in which you participated. With these contributions, the timeline will be completed.
